Can you import existing leads into EverArk?
Yes, you can import leads into EverArk using the Contacts import template. You can download the template from Import view under Setting. Each lead should be set as a Prospect so you can track them through the sales pipeline.
How often are pipeline stages updated?
Salespersons can update and set the statuses of each deal as frequently as they wish. Ultimately, you want to track the prospect through the sales pipeline from lead to opportunity to account (won).
Are there notifications that remind me to follow up on deals?
Yes, in EverArk there are alert and warning notifications that can be setup and managed. E.g., if a deal status hasn't been updated for the past 30 days, you'll be alerted.
Can I see just my deals?
Yes, you can filter for deals by username, e.g., salesperson, and by stage. You can also navigate to the Activity tab to track the engagement of deals in the pipeline.
Can I add custom sales fields to a deal?
Yes, you can add custom fields to your deals so you can track more data than just the standard sales fields like deal status, lead source, estimated close date, and deal amount.
