Do I need to enter a credit card to try out EVERARK?
No. EverArk offers a fully functional 30-day trial as an introduction. You may try EverArk for up to 30 days without entering a credit card. When it’s time to activate your account, we will notify you. If you qualify for the Free version, some features may be removed as your free trial ends.
How secure is my data in EVERARK?
All of our software and your data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, or AWS. They can afford to spend billions on making sure your data is secure and safe hence why we choose to use AWS as our trusted hosting provider. ​Do I need to buy onboarding services?
EverArk has been design to be an intuitive, easy-to-use software so new users can learn at their own pace. We understand, however, that learning a new system can be daunting so we do offer training and help with implementing for a reasonable price. Otherwise, you should be able to user our wizards to help guide you through the importing and setup process.
Can I stop my subscription at any time?
Yes. At any time, you can stop your subscription and close your EverArk account. We don’t issue any refunds so we suggest closing your account at the end of your billing cycle. And, just in case you have any remorse, we will maintain your account for up to 3 months after you’ve closed it so you can reactivate it and start again where you left off.
​What support is available to everark users?
All EverArk users (free trial and basic plan) have access to our help training videos and software help guides.  Our pro plan subscribers can contact our support team via email. Users of EverArk’s pro edition also have access to support via email and phone. This means EverArk customer support specialists are available to answer your questions.
