Can I configure alerts and warnings?
Yes, each alert and warning notification has a threshold setting that can be set so you don't get overwhelmed with cemetery notifications that aren't critical. You can also manage whether they appear on your personal workspace dashboard and/or get an email notification.
Can I turn notifications off?
Yes, cemetery alert and warning notifications can be turned off (and turned back on). For example, if you won't want to be notified when an invoice is past due, you can turn off the alert.
Can I get notification emails?
Yes, you can set which alerts and warnings you or someone on your cemetery team will get emails for. You can also change the frequency of the cemetery notification emails from daily to weekly.
Can I request new notifications?
Yes, you can request custom alerts and notifications from us. Once we understand and confirm the validity of the notification, we will add it to our portfolio for all cemetery customers to use.
How often do notifications get updated or reset?
Cemetery notifications can be refreshed daily or weekly. This setting should be managed depending on the frequency of your review and their urgency.
