Submit Work Order
Create, schedule, and assign a maintenance work order.
By using EverArk's cemetery operations software, you will be able to assign accountability and track progress.  Simply submit a one-time or recurring work order, describe the task, assign an owner, and set a due date.

Schedule Service
Schedule a burial service and share it with the cemetery team.
By entering and saving a work order for a burial service, your entire cemetery team will be able to see it on the company calendar.  You can track all the jobs and tasks that need to get done to host the service.

Track Priority and Status
Monitor the status of work orders and customer requests.
By going to the Maintenance view, you can easily track scheduled work orders and  requests by their priority.  You also monitor each one by it's status - Open, On Hold, Approved, Rejected, Declined, Accepted, In Progress, Complete, Closed, Pending Inspection, or Cancelled.

Check Calendar
Use the cemetery calendar to see all scheduled services and work orders.
By checking your company cemetery calendar, you can make sure everyone knows what work orders and/or services are being performed, who's performing them, and when they are.  You will have full visibility to everything that is planned.

Get Reminders
Get alerts and reminders of upcoming or past due work orders and services.
By setting up your automated alerts and reminders, your team can get emails and notifications of upcoming services or past due work orders.  You can configure the messages and manage the approval stages to make sure every work order is signed-off.

Configure Work Orders
Add your cemetery logo and set your approval process.
By going Work Orders configuration view, you can personalize your work orders and service requests for your cemetery.  You can set default tasks, set approval processes, add your cemetery logo, and much more.
