What do you need for EverArk's cemetery maps?

EverArk's cemetery maps are built on Google maps. To display sections, plots, and boundaries you only need the centroid GPS coordinates of each plot.

How do I get the GPS coordinates for my plots?

There are several ways to get GPS coordinates for the plots in your cemetery if you don't already have them. The most accurate, and sometimes the most expensive, way is to have a surveyor come to your cemetery and capture the GPS coordinates of each plot. Alternatively, the cheapest and fastest way is to have ChatGPT calculate the GPS coordinates of your plots. How do I setup the cemetery maps?

The easiest way is to use EveArk's excel-based, plot import template that you can download within the cemetery software. Simply follow the layout and formatting of the plot worksheet to import your plot and GPS data.

Who can see the cemetery maps?

Your users will have access to your cemetery maps unless you update their role to not include it. Customers can also access your cemetery map to see the available plots via your online, ecommerce website powered by EverArk.

How do I know which plots are sold? Interred?

You have quick filters that allow you to see Sold, Available, Pending, Hold, and/or Available plots, along with plots that are Interred or Not Interred. Similarly, the statuses of each plot are color-coded so you can identify them visually.
