Search Contacts
Quickly search for and open any saved contact in your address book.
By navigating to the Customers view, you can quickly toggle between prospects and plot owners. You can also search for and open any saved cemetery contact.  Within each contact record, you can manage and maintain all customer details and information.

Manage Roles
Save your contacts with appropriate roles so they're easier to filter and open.
By saving and identifying your contacts with roles, you can more easily filter and manage your address book.  Add prospects, plot owners, designees, next of kin, vendors, and many more.

Track Activities
Track all customer activity including tasks, meetings, and notes.
By opening up any contact record, you can navigate to the Activity tab and log all calls, emails, notes, tasks, and meetings to track your chain of communications and activity.

Link Plots & Records
Easily save and access plots and documents to/from customers.
By opening up a contact record, you have easy access to all information related to your customers.  You have visibility and access to linked plots, contacts, records, invoices, work orders, and much more.

Get Account Summary
Track financing, payments, and account balances for all customers.
By navigating the details of any customer, you can track all invoices, payments, financing, and subscriptions.  You always have their account balance and standing readily available.

View Customer Reports
Get a complete list of your contacts and customers.
By using the Customers report view, you can build custom reports to print or export to Excel for further review.  You can also set your default Cemetery > Customer view by arranging column order and adding/removing fields.
