Personalize EverArk so it has the look and feel of your cemetery.
By managing EverArk's preferences, you can create a unique user experience for your team.  You can configure and set your cemetery login URL, add your cemetery logo, and change the default color scheme.

Set System Defaults
Set the default formats and values for your cemetery.
By reviewing and setting your system defaults, you can make sure the currency, time, number, and date formats align with your country.  You can also manage the default values for your forms such as taxes, company address, and automated emails.

Add Users & Roles
Add your team and define their privileges by assigning roles.
By adding users and assigning roles, you can manage system access.  Each team role can be configured to access specific functional modules in EverArk, like Inventory, Sales, Customers, Invoices, and Operations.

Manage Fields
Add new fields or edit existing fields in EverArk.
By reviewing the field properties for plots, customers, sales, invoices, and work orders, you can edit the existing fields or add new ones required for your cemetery.  You can hide fields, set default field values, make fields required, and add tooltips.

Configure Forms
Configure invoices and work orders with your cemetery information.
By configuring your invoice and work order forms, you can make sure your customers and team recognize your cemetery.  You can add logos, set default values, tweak the appearance, and manage automated emails messages such as reminders.

Activate Stripe or PayPal
Make it easy for your customers to pay by credit card.
By linking your Stripe or PayPal account with EverArk's cemetery software, your invoices can be paid online, and your customers can purchase plots from your eCommerce webpage. There is also a billing section where you can manage your own subscription and payment method.
